To rationally deal with the seemingly irrational circumstances surrounding Rabbi Schneerson RNN has discovered that the key requirement is coming to appreciate the Orthodox Jewish belief and perception that the Torah contains and conveys the Will and Wisdom of the Creator. For others, this Holy Book, which gave mankind the Ten Commandments, is commonly perceived to be but a recorded collection of ancient stories, ancient Jewish Laws, and superficially appears to be irrelevant to modern day society. RNN discovered just how wrong this latter point of view truly is.

In a previous Special Report RNN discussed the knowledge that Orthodox Jews have of their Torah, the Five Books of Moses. It was explained to us that this Holy Book is 'the Blueprint for Creation.' RNN was shown an extremely startling encoded passage which dramatically supports this 'Blueprint for Creation' point of view just mentioned. We now present what was shown to us.

Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin of Israel was assassinated on the Sabbath, November 4, 1995. His assassination occurred in the weekly read portion of the Five Books of Moses that is called Lech L'Choh in Hebrew. Encoded in sentence 17, in Hebrew, of this part of the Torah was the following: "Aish Aish Ra B'Rabin."

Two of the four bullets fired at Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin were responsible for his death. The Hebrew word for "fire" as in 'firing a weapon' is AISH! The passage we were shown could then be translated and interpreted thus: "Fire! Fire! Evil in Rabin"

The encoded "secrets" of the Torah are found only in hindsight for most Biblical Scholars. This topic of Biblical Encryption has been widely popularized recently in a book called The Bible Code. RNN's sources were not too impressed with the way the topic was presented in this book. There most certainly are codes in the Five Books of Moses. Every now and then some dramatic example of their existence surfaces within the Orthodox Jewish community.

For the lay Orthodox Jew, however, the "secrets" of the Torah are way beyond his personal grasp. The Creator demands complete and total personal Holiness and dedication to God -without the slightest compromise - before the Torah begins to reveal its secrets - in advance of encoded events occurring.

Thereby is a Rebbe, a perfect Saintly Jew, Empowered by the Creator in a manner that is not irrational whatsoever. An objective description of this unique type of Divinely Bestowed Knowledge would more accurately be called "supra-rational."

Some examples of this supra-rational Wisdom are: Prophecy, the ability to miraculously change the destiny of people's lives, the ability to harness the powers of nature, the bestowal of actualized Blessings, as well as many other matters not understandable to average citizens. All of these and other supra-rational Divine Empowerments are recorded and openly attested to in the Five Books of Moses as well as the rest of Jewish Sacred Scriptures.

One RNN source expressed this phenomenon in a very succinct summary of a well-known Biblical story:

One perfectly Righteous Jew, Moses by name, had a 'Burning Bush' encounter with the Creator. He is then sent on a Mission to redeem the Jews from their slavery in Egypt. With the Empowerment over nature granted him by the Creator, he and his brother Aaron humble the greatest super power of their day, Egypt. As RNN has reported many times herein, we have been informed that Kaballa, the Book of Jewish Mysticism, clearly states that an extension of Moses exists in every Jewish generation.

As RNN began presenting the ideas that have been discussed herein to average people, we expected and discovered their reactions to be rather dubious and understandably so. It is rational to the Western mind to react to such Biblical accounts and say, "No man can do that. It's just an old story with no basis in truth." The Talmud teaches however, that a perfectly Saintly Jew, one, who is called a Tzaddik, in Hebrew, decrees and thereafter Heaven fulfills. Jewish Sacred literature, as opposed to Jewish folklore, is replete with the supernatural deeds of its greatest Rabbis.

By all accounts Rabbi Schneerson was and is The Tzaddik, the Moses of this present Jewish generation. What the Torah revealed to him no other human being has seen yet, we were told.

Many other matters arise from what RNN has presented to the general public. Were the present situation not so well and independently corroborated with the hard evidence and reports we have received, there would be no need nor motivation on RNN's part to inform humanity about what Rabbi Schneerson has communicated and Prophesied.

Personally held religious beliefs are one matter. They need not and possibly should not be publicized. When, however, corroborating evidence manifests itself in the form of a Gulf War which fulfills an ancient Prophecy and therein announces the revelation of the Messiah, then personally held religious beliefs become supported by external corroborating evidence. Additionally, a highly detailed review of relevant Jewish Religious Laws and precise reexamination of much relevant evidence is what has transformed these personally held religious beliefs of Rabbi Schneerson's followers into their personal knowledge and certainty which they are presently expressing. The topic of Messiah, at that point, becomes a matter for the public to be aware of because there is hard evidence to point to and not just personal religious beliefs.

 When a Tzaddik foretells matters that later become realized in current and recent history, matters such as the Fall of Communism, Hurricane Andrew, and the particulars of the Persian Gulf War, to list but a few, it seems to RNN that to ignore such a perfect track record of Prophecy is entirely irrational.

Something very profound has quietly happened. RNN believes that this present situation requires much public education and the proper attention it deserves.

We find ourselves facing these sobering facts:

It is RNN's opinion that the time has arrived for the public to be informed of and to come to terms with this information in a socially responsible manner. If not, humanity runs the risk of having to cope with an unprecedented event in a potentially and entirely unnecessary chaotic manner.
